We are a group of stroke survivors and caregivers providing hope and encouragement to each other in the Guelph/Wellington region of South Western Ontario

Please join us at our monthly peer support meetings held the 3rd Tuesday of each month (except July and August).

  • exchange information, share personal experience, offer and receive mutual support
  • social events, make new friends and community engagement

please click on upcoming events for full details

Our focus is on stroke survivors & caregivers but of course your friends, family are most welcome.

A trained stroke survivor from our chapter visits new stroke survivors in hospital. It’s nice to see a friendly face at such a difficult time.  We provide an information package to be read at your leisure.
The information in that package
can also be found below.  We hope you find it helpful.
